My husband and I were extremely lucky when someone recommended Kelly to help us sell our house. Because of a new job in a different state, we were in a hurry. Kelly was wonderful. She responded quickly to my request for a meeting. She did a great job of informing us of the current housing market and the value that she thought she could get for our house. Any time we had questions, she responded immediately. After we left the state Kelly kept us posted. We were pleased with both the price we got for the sale of our house and the time frame that the sale was completed. Kelly was awesome!

Kelly Carraway was fantastic! She was recommended to me by my friends who also love her. She took the time to get to know me and what I wanted in a home for my family and I and got me into a house that was great for us. I was not very knowledgeable about the steps needed to buy a house and she was extremely patient and full of information needed. She also has so many people that know her well for every step of the buying and selling process, which was extremely helpful.I am very thankful Kelly was recommended to us, and I would highly recommend her for anyone else.

Kelly is excellent in her profession! We gave her quite a project and she assured us not to worry, that she could get the job done.. and boy did she prove herself! All of her heart and soul goes into each individual customer and she made us feel that we were her priority. We never would have known she had other customers because she was always there to answer questions, research properties, spend endless hours on the phone with us. Kelly is a tough as nails and she got us exactly what we wanted. I will be forever grateful for her finding me my "forever home"

Best realtor I've ever worked with. Incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and completely on top of all logistical matters (e.g., coordinating inspections, negotiating with other party's realtor, ensuring repairs were made and sufficient, etc.) and the mounds of paperwork. If you're serious about selling your house Kelly is the person to call. She is a true professional and gets the job done. She's upfront, extremely responsive and honest. My house sat on the market for 8 months before I was introduced to Kelly and her team. She was honest about what needed to be changed, took new (amazing) photos and priced my house right.
