We wanted to explore areas in Raleigh and gave Kelly our wish list. We searched for almost a year and saw over 13 properties. We came close to purchasing two, but ultimately decided not to move forward. This was partly due to Kelly's advice and forethought. We put our search on hold for a few months, and then the perfect property became available. Kelly was ready to move when we were and within 72 hours of the house being listed, our offer was accepted and we closed within two weeks.
